1. Keep your body active (please consult with your doctor before starting any exercise routines)

2. Take necessary supplements recommended by your doctor to support a healthy immune system

3. Maintain a healthy diet

4. Wash your hands frequently & when out and about, keep hand sanitizer and/or anti bacterial wipes

5. Get plenty of rest (ideally, at least 8 hours of sleep each day)

6. Schedule regular checkups

7. Minimize stressful activities
