Quick and Easy Quarantine Snacks – Fruit Parfait 

 Looking for something sweet, yet still healthy? You could never go wrong with a parfait! 

 What you’ll need: 

  • Sliced strawberries 
  • Blueberries 
  • Vanilla flavored Greek yogurt 
  • Granola 
  1. Layer 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt into the bottom of a tall glass cup. 
  2. Combine sliced strawberries and blueberries and place on top of the yogurt. 
  3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until filled to the top of the glass. 
  4. Enjoy! This snack tastes best when eaten immediately because the granola is still crunchy!
