How To Pay For In-Home Care Services
At Comfort and Care Home Care Services, we accept all major credit cards and ACH payments for Private Payment of in-home care support. We also accept long-term insurance that pays for non-medical home care support.

ACT 150 Waiver
Pennsylvania’s Act 150 Program enables adults 18 through 59 years of age who are mentally alert and have physical disabilities to perform activities of daily living (such as eating, personal hygiene, and transporting themselves). Using state funding, in addition to the participant’s own resources, the Pennsylvania Act 150 Program assists eligible individuals in obtaining assistance from personal assistance services (PAS) workers in completing tasks in order to lead more independent lifestyles.
Community Health Choices Waiver
Keystone First CHC provides seniors and physically disabled individuals with medical benefits, as well as long-term support services to promote independent living and prevent unnecessary nursing home placements. Benefits include personal care services, such as assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), like bathing, meal preparation, and medication management. Enrollment in this program is mandatory for those who meet the eligibility requirements.
OBRA Waiver
The OBRA Waiver is a Home and Community Based Waiver program that may help you if you have a developmental physical disability to allow you to live in the community and remain as independent as possible.
